Woman 'assessed by medics' after road crash in Telford

Two fire appliances, police and the ambulance service rushed to Station Road, in Ketley, after receiving reports of a road traffic collision where persons were trapped at 7.04am.
When they arrived the crews from Tweedale and Wellington, and an operations officer, found that no persons were trapped.
"No persons were trapped on arrival of fire service personnel," a spokesperson for the fire service said. Their stop message was sent at 7.22am.
A spokesperson West Midlands Ambulance Service said a driver received "self care advice" following the incident.
“We were called just before 7am to a road traffic collision involving two cars on Station Road in Ketley, Telford.
"One ambulance attended the scene.
"Upon arrival we found a woman who was the driver of the first car. She was assessed and did not require further treatment. She received self-care advice before being discharged at the scene. No further patients required treatment.”
The police have been contacted for information.
