Philip and Debbie Lloyd show the potholes in Broseley

Bridgnorth Road in Broseley has “been bad for at least four years” according to resident Debbie Lloyd, and she wants someone to take responsibility for repairs.

“The road is an awful mess,” she said.

“There must be about five or six hundred potholes all of varying sizes.”

Shropshire councillor Steve Davenport said: “I share people’s frustration.

"Our highways officers are busy working with our contractor Kier to treat the exceptionally high number of potholes that have appeared recently.”
