Ryan 'The Rhino' Whitehead, 29, says he started 'Talking Men Telford' at Slammers Boxing Gym in Cockshutt lane, Broseley, after attending a support group for men in Wolverhampton.

The super middleweight fighter said: "As a professional boxer, people look at people like myself and think that we are all hard as nails and that we don't show our emotions. But I have had a lot of mental health trouble myself, and there has been times I've not been feeling great.

"So I started to go to a group in Wolverhampton called Mandem Meet Up, where a bunch of lads started meeting up and going for walks and holding talking circles.
