Newport go-kart owner given notice by police
Police in Newport issued a warning notice to the owner of a go-kart after reports of it being driven in on public roads in the town.
West Mercia Police said they issued the Section 59 Warning Notice to the owner after the go-kart was seen being driven in an anti-social manner.
A spokesperson said: "Anti-social driving is dangerous, and we are committed to making our roads safer."
