Man denies attempted kidnap and assault in Newport

A Telford man accused of attempting to kidnap a woman in Newport after assaulting her is to stand trial next year.

Benjamin Pritchard, aged 43, of no fixed abode, is accused of occasioning actual bodily harm on the woman following the assault in Newport on June 26.
