Telford town calls council election after councillor resigns
A town council election had been called, just one day after people turned out to the polls for the General Election.
No sooner have people been asked to vote in the General Election than a town council election in one part of Telford & Wrekin has been called.
Councillor Miles Hosken has decided to resign for the Ercall Ward in Wellington due to ill health.
