Their message is that London's Ulez (Ultra Low Emission Zone) will be expanded soon and, if my old banger is not “Ulez-compliant,” then “the value of your car will be impacted.”
Their advice is that “now could be a great time to sell your car”.
Two points. Firstly, I live more than 100 miles from London and never drive there. Secondly, in what bizarre parallel universe is the best time to sell your car when thousands of other drivers are trying to sell theirs?
