On July 18, after the first sniper attack on Donald Trump, I suggested that post-traumatic stress might transform Trump's nature some time before the November elections.
I admit there's been little sign of any transformation so far; he's still rude, confident and thinks God is on his side. But the summer attempt on the presidential candidate's life was in far-off Pennsylvania. The latest attempt happened in his own back yard in Florida. If a would-be assassin can get this close to him on home turf, how safe could Trump be if he won another four years in the White House?
One obvious question, with so much anxiety, is how does he sleep at night? Trump was once asked that in public. He replied: “Naked, with a super-model.”
