Letter: Help stop Shrewsbury vandals
Many of us are working, through tourism, to bring visitors to Shrewsbury for the benefit of the town centre's hotels, shops, pubs and restaurants.
Not least among this number is Dilwyn Jones of Sabrina Boats.
And for all his good efforts for tourism and the town, Dilwyn is rewarded by yobs who break into his boat and, unbelievably, try to start its engines, risking both removing one of the town's major tourist attractions and depriving Dilwyn of his livelihood.
I would urge anyone who has information about these yobs to inform the police as soon as possible and that, in the future, police, town pastors, and the public keep a vigilant eye on the Sabrina.
I just hope that publication of the CCTV images and the work of Constable Adrian Davies will bring about prosecutions.
