Letter: Hospital parking fee rise raises important question
Frequently when attending the Princess Royal Hospital for appointments, people turn up on time but find long waiting times, which are no fault of theirs.

It now seems certain that parking fees at the PRH will go up and the new costs will no longer be a flat rate but will be in direct relation to the time parked.
Is it not reasonable to expect the management to reimburse any extra costs incurred by members of the public who have to pay higher charges due to these delays?
