Letter: Corbyn more popular than people think
So, there is to be a general election and certain papers seem to think that it might be time for the Lib Dems, I don't think so.
When they joined the Tories forming the coalition, they betrayed the people who voted for them, and out of the 50+ seats they held, they now only have about half a dozen.
I believe that the Tories believe they are safe, despite all the problems concerning the fact that certain MPs' election funds were well overspent and allegedly broke the law.
I don't think all the bad press that Jeremy Corbyn has received will mean that Labour voters, who think voting Tory is the better option, will be like sheep and jump on the Tory bandwagon. Even if Jeremy isn't the ideal candidate, Labour voters will vote for him rather than having an extra five years of Tory cuts.
David Cameron made a massive mistake, thank God, when he promised a referendum if his party was elected, then when he lost out to the popular vote in the referendum he ran home to his mummy with his tail between his legs.
Theresa May thinks her party is safe, but Jeremy Corbyn is much more popular than the press and media claim, and if I had a vote I would vote for him and give this country's workers a better choice.
