Of the six games leading up to Christmas, the trip to in-form Fulham was arguably the hardest on paper.

Despite that, Wolves walked away 4-1 winners, recording back-to-back victories and their first on the road since February.

Gary O'Neil masterminded that victory with just one fit senior centre-back, while some attacking inspiration put Fulham to the sword.

Now, with five favourable fixtures to go until Christmas, Wolves host Bournemouth with momentum on their side.

Pressure on O'Neil has eased to some degree and the relationship with supporters is improving, but the head coach must continue to steer his side out of the relegation picture to avoid any repercussions.

With that in mind, the Cherries' trip to Molineux remains a big fixture.

O'Neil takes on his former club, who sit 13th in the league after a much better start under Andoni Iraola.
