Saints go into the Park Hall clash second in the JD Cymru Premier, just one point behind leaders Penybont, after victories for both of the top two on Boxing Day.

Saints kept the pressure on the table-toppers with a 5-2 win at Caernarfon Town.

Eighth-placed Nomads, the final opponents of the year for Craig Harrison's side, were even more clinical on Boxing Day as they enjoyed a 7-2 triumph against Flint Town United.

"It will be a tough game," said TNS midfielder Ben Clark. "They'll be up for it, like every team is when they come to our place.

"But we'll give it our all and hopefully we can get them three points."

Clark played a starring role in Saints' latest win and was pleased to score twice in the second half at Caernarfon.

"It’s about time," he smiled. "I've been waiting for a goal for a while, so I'm happy to get two. I was a bit gutted I didn't get my hat-trick, but maybe next time."

Clark scored a late winner when Saints and Nomads last met in the JD Cymru Premier in October, a match TNS eventually won 2-1 at the Essity Stadium.
