In my last column, I did say that four points out of the next two games would be great, and that is exactly how it has turned out.
It came around in a different way than expected with a win against Lincoln rather than against Northampton.
But it was really important Shrewsbury did not let that Wigan comeback waste away and have no meaning in the future. They have backed it up now.
They are three unbeaten. It is five points from nine. That is a good return. You can feel the momentum starting to shift.
There have been some great crowds at the Meadow over the Christmas period - they have been really positive ones. They have really got behind the players.
They have been pretty dull games, so the fans have to be commended for not only turning up in numbers but creating an atmosphere as well.
