Salop are working hard to bring some new faces to Shropshire this month with the deadline fast approaching.

They have until February 3 to bring players to the Croud Meadow that can boost Town's survival bid - Ainsworth's side are currently bottom of the League One table with 19 games remaining.

So far this month, Shrews have signed three players from non-league, and when asked what type of additions they are targeting for the rest of the window, Ainsworth said: "It'll probably be loans.

"Because we've left two loan spaces available.

"If we could get a permanent in, that would probably be a bonus, it means we could probably go for a chance loan at some stage.
