The club agreed a €18million fee (around £15million) with French side Reims to add more steel to Vitor Pereira's midfield.

Munetsi swiftly travelled to Paris to meet Wolves officials, complete his medical and sort a work permit before signing with the Premier League club on a three-and-a-half year deal, with the option of extending that by a further 12 months.

The 28-year-old is the third and final addition of the transfer window for Wolves, after signing Nasser Djiga and Munetsi's former Reims team-mate Emmanuel Agbadou.
