Watch: Coldenhoff at the double at Hawkstone International
Dutch motocross star Glenn Coldenhoff wowed the crowds with a double victory at the Hawkstone International.
The multiple MX Grand Prix winner took victory in the MX1 class and then again in the super final as race-goers braved the cold conditions in Shropshire on Sunday.
“Despite the cold weather conditions and some top names dropping out through injury, the Hawkstone International was another huge success," said a spokesperson for organisers Salop Motor Club.
"The team at Salop Motor Club worked exceptionally hard to put on another great event.
"The crowds flocked from all over to watch some of the best riders in the world compete against each other.
"We had large crowds and everyone was very happy with they left after another great day's racing.”
Fans flocked from all over the country to catch some of the world's top riders at the best big motocross event of the year in the UK.
