Experienced Reading defender a doubt for the visit of Shrewsbury Town
Reading defender Harlee Dean is a major doubt for Shrewsbury Town's visit to the Select Car Leasing Stadium this evening.

The 33-year-old defender, who has made more than 450 league appearances across League Two, League One and the Championship, picked up a calf injury in Reading's 0-0 draw at Huddersfield last weekend.
The centre-back signed for Reading in August 2023 but has made just 29 League One appearances for the Royals - and 23 of those have come this season.
It was in the 43rd minute of the match with the Terriers at the John Smith's Stadium where he picked up the injury and he had to be replaced by Amadou Mbengue.
Dean will be a miss for Noel Hunt's side. Since making his debut at Dagenham & Redbridge back in 2009. The big defender has gone on to have a distinguished EFL career.
He made more than 200 appearances for Brentford between 2011 and 2017 until he moved to Birmingham City where he also featured more than 200 times across all competitions.
Shrewsbury head to Reading this evening looking to make it back-to-back away wins after their success at Rotherham on Saturday. The victory was Ainsworth's first on the road since his appointment, and he has challenged his team to be consistent from here on in.
