Lloyd came off at half-time during Salop's clash with Reading last week due to a hamstring injury and was ruled out of their 3-2 defeat against Bolton at the Croud Meadow on Saturday.
Pierre has missed one more game than Lloyd. He last featured in Town's most recent third-tier victory, which came at Rotherham more than a week ago.

But Shrews' head coach Gareth Ainsworth said the duo were due to train on the grass with their team-mates on Monday.
"I think George and Aaron are going to be out on the grass training on Monday so that's brilliant news," he said.
"Lloydy back. Pierre back, that'd be great. That would be a real boost to the boys and the fans."
Taylor Perry is another injury concern for the Shrewsbury head coach. He went down in the first half of the game against Wanderers at the weekend, and then went off at half-time with what Ainsworth described after the match as a 'knock'.

"Taylor, being totally honest, I know as much as you at the moment," the boss continued. "He came off with a knock Saturday at half-time, and we were going to assess him.
"Sometimes you get a real good surprise and think it wasn't as bad as it seems. I've got a great medical team. They have done really well this season.
"It is going to give opportunities to other players, of course, but you want your best players out there all the time. We know what Taylor's been like lately."
Leo Castledine has not featured for Town since the 1-0 defeat to Charlton at The Valley at the end of January - but after hinting he was 'pretty close' last week, Ainsworth now did not seem so optimistic of his imminent return.
"No, not yet," he said when asked if they had an idea when the Chelsea loanee will be back. "With a loan player, it's always just that little bit more complex.

"Obviously, Chelsea will have a say. He is their player as well.
"We've got to make sure that we do everything right by Leo and by Chelsea.
"It's a delicate one, but news-wise, I don't want to say anything without getting the approval from everyone."
The head coach was asked by the Shropshire Star if the youngster was doing his rehabilitation with his parent club or with Salop.
"I think he's got to have scans and things, and I think Chelsea will take that on," he responded. "Any loan player, I've been on loan a couple of times, and you go back to your parent club just to see the physio, just to see how it's going to update them.
"It's not a biggie, but if it is, we'll let you know. We'll have to deal with it and see where he ends up."
