Gareth Ainsworth reveals his Shrewsbury Town training plan after difficult defeat
A quiet week gives Shrewsbury Town the chance to work on their 'principles' of play - according to head coach Gareth Ainsworth.

It was a bruising weekend for Salop. Their 1-0 defeat to Stevenage, as well as other results going against them, meant 20th-placed Peterborough United opened a seven-point gap at the bottom of League One.
The result was Town's third consecutive home loss, leaving them with an uphill battle to achieve third-tier survival this term.
They will have the chance to work on things this week on the training pitch as Ainsworth prepares them for a huge relegation six-pointer against Posh at the Weston Homes Stadium.
