Salop are facing a crunch week in their battle for survival in League One - having dropped to seven points from safety following three defeats on the bounce.
They travel to Peterborough on Saturday, who hover just above the drop zone - and will do it with a near fully fit squad.
Chelsea loanee Leo Castledine remains the only absentee as he suffered a minor stress fracture in his back - but fellow midfielder Taylor Perry is back in contention for the trip to London Road.
He missed last weekend's defeat to Stevenage and Salop boss Gareth Ainsworth said: "TP has come through training well.
"He is absolutely in contention, they all are accept from Leo.
"Our medical and sports science staff do a great job.
"You see 30 man squads with ten injuries. I wanted a small squad by decision and it is a challenge to keep them all fit.
"I challenge the medical and sports science guys to keep them fit to work with these numbers, and they come up trumps so fair play to them really."
Salop have been bolstered in recent weeks by the acquisition of Vadaine Oliver and last week David Wheeler arrived as a free agent, having worked with Ainsworth at Wycombe Wanderers.
Oliver is yet to complete a full 90 minutes, while Wheeler made his debut as a half time substitute in the defeat to Stevenage.
Asked whether the pair are ready to play a full game, Ainsworth added: "With Vadine we saw against Bolton he blew up towards the end, which is testament to him giving absolutely everything.
"He is a great guy who has fitted into the squad.
"And David, I know what he gives you.
"Vadaine needs games to get fit, Wheels can get fit with training, they have different body make ups.
"He is ready to go again, and my selection on who plays will be what I think."
