Perry Evans named Champion of Champions
Eleven years ago Perry Evans was Shropshire Junior Merit champion – now he's celebrating another champion success.

The Bricklayers star won the Tanners Shropshire League's Champion of Champions title on Sunday at Meole Brace.
Evans raised the Terry Croft Memorial Trophy thanks to a 21-9 victory over Will Tyler of Telepost in the final.
He beat Rich Leah of Division One champions Elephant & Castle 21-10 in the semi-finals, having earlier beaten Hanwood's Steve Price and Neil Thomas of Castlefields.
Tyler's path to the final saw him beat Greenfield's Pete Mackay, Minsterley's Mike Hampson and then Bishop's Castle's Mark Evans 21-18 in the semi-finals.
