A huge late push for entries means the first LLP Open at Bylet tomorrow is all but full.

In Stockport today, Aaron King (Wrockwardine Wood) was up against Josh Mordue of Yorkshire in the 31-up finals of the £2,400 Nursery Classic, while a number of Premier League bowlers were in Wirrall for the Tixall Invitation. One of them was Rich Goddard (Castlefields), who lost in the semi-finals of the Wigan Subs Classic last weekend.
