Tim Witherspoon to be guest in Telford

Boxing great Tim Witherspoon is heading to Shropshire.

The two-time world heavyweight champion will be the special guest at a dinner staged by Telford & Wrekin Boxing Academy on September 20.

Witherspoon, who is now 54, won 55 of his 69 contests

The event will be held at Madeley Court Hotel with tickets priced £35 to include a three-course meal.
