TJ Higgins, a massive Leeds fan based in Shropshire, regularly travels to watch his beloved side both home and away.

But during the Yorkshire side's clash with Barnsley last weekend, he ended up doing a bit more than watching from the sidelines.

With Wiedwald struggling with the glare of the the afternoon sunshine, TJ candidly let the goalkeeper borrow his cap - and it seemed to help as the stopper kept a clean sheet in the 2-0 win away at Barnsley.

Following the final whistle, Wiedwald then returned the cap, and also offered up his shirt from the game as a thank you gift for the lucky fan.

Safe to say, the baseball cap will most likely be making further trips to and from football grounds with TJ, especially if it keeps resulting in wins and clean sheets.
