The 25-year-old defender is a graduate of the Keys Park side's academy system and made his first-team debut in the 2007-08 campaign.

He made more than 200 appearances for the Pitmen, many under current Bucks boss Rob Smith, and was an integral figure of their famous treble-winning side.

Bailey becomes the second player, and second central defender, through the door at the New Bucks Head following yesterday's signing of Dan Preston.

John Cofie's release earlier today made him the ninth squad member to depart the club this summer - while Dwayne Samuels and James Montgomery have been retained.

Another central defender, Curtis Tilt, has been offered a deal for next season and is currently considering - as is 17-year-old youngster Zak Lilly.
