Star defender Tilt has been made an offer to stay, after being watched by Football League scouts in the second half of the season.

Promising forward Zak Lilly has also been offered a contract extension.

Tilt said: "There have been no other offers apart from Telford, so there's nothing leading me away from Telford, at the moment.

"I've been offered something through the club but I still haven't met up with the gaffer (Rob Smith) and Larry (Chambers) yet for a conversation.

"That can't happen for a few days because of other commitments, but I speak to them every day and I'm not going to keep them waiting.

"I have a good relationship with them. I'd class us more as mates rather than gaffers – but nothing has happened yet.

"I'm not the type to say I'm definitely staying then do something else and I'd always have a meeting with them anyway, because they gave me my chance at this level."
