Hopefully the kind-hearted nature continues. It's no real surprise – people love their football club.

Let's hope more money is raised and the club can move forward in a positive way.

It was huge for them to get that win against FC United of Manchester.

The confidence will start flooding back through the players and it was a massive result for Rob Smith and Larry Chambers.

The little things, like Connor McCarthy getting his first goal since returning, mount up and the result will do everybody a world of good.

I'm sure the result will act as a catalyst for them on the pitch in terms of picking up points. It's difficult to get a win when you're struggling – particularly off the pitch – so it'll do them a world of good.

I imagine Rob and Larry were absolutely delighted.

They moved from 19th to 14th in the National League North with that win, it just shows how compact things are. All you need is a couple of wins on the bounce.
