Rob Smith looks at options with Ben Bailey suspended
Boss Rob Smith is mulling over his defensive options ahead of AFC Telford's vital National North clash at home to Darlington 1883.
Smith will be forced into one change on Saturday with centre-half Ben Bailey serving a one-match suspension.
The Bucks have tended to play with three central defenders lately and Smith says that may still be an option even without the former Hednesford man.
"We have Ben suspended and a few knocks that we'll have to look at in training tonight," said the New Bucks Head boss.
"It's the way at the moment, everything is going against us.
"We have the option of going back to two centre-halves or we have Joe Kearns who can slot in and become one of the back three.
"Considering Joe didn't know anybody before coming to the Worcester game, he did well. He was nervous, but he certainly didn't let anyone down."
