The creative schemer arrives from parent club Ebbsfleet United, with the Kent outfit keen to ensure he spends time nearer his Merseyside home.

Meanwhile, full-back Darren Campion and midfielder Sean Williams have left the club

Bucks boss Rob Smith hopes that Kissock can add goals to his side's game, with Telford the joint-lowest scorers in the National League North.

The attacker is set to be involved as second-placed Darlington 1883 visit the New Bucks Head tomorrow.

On his arrival, Smith said: ""We are delighted with the signing of JP, he is a quality player and once we had a sniff he was available we had to work quickly to secure his signature

"I would like to thank Ebbsfleet for being understanding in our current plight and in particular their chairman Peter Varney for his support"

"He's a player who is obviously too good for our level.

"But, due to personal circumstances, Ebbsfleet wanted him to have a month's football away from where he is and closer to his home, which is Liverpool.

"We stole a march on a few other clubs by getting in there quickly and agreeing a deal that we can afford – which isn't a lot.

"We've had a lot of similar midfielders, no disrespect, but we haven't scored a goal from midfield and that says it all.

"He's that attacking midfielder who scores goals and hopefully he'll create and score."

Born in Fazakerley, Liverpool, Kissock spent nine years at Everton from the age of eight. He became quite the spectacle, with his slight frame and bushy afro hair.

After his release from Goodison, Kissock established himself back in the depths of non-league 11th tier.

Quickly attracting the attention of onlookers, it was Southport boss and future Telford chief Liam Watson who took a punt on the midfield man.

Successul spells at Luton and Macclesfield followed, where the diminutive playmaker became a fans' favourite with his creative displays.
