The 25-year-old centre-half made 24 appearances for the Bucks in National League North last season after recovering from a severe knee injury.

He had signed non-contract terms with Telford earlier this summer for the new season, but moves on following the club's decision to sack Rob Smith and make Rob Edwards their new boss.

McCone is dropping down a division to sign with Gary Hackett's Glassboys, where he had a fruitful spell several seasons ago including scoring as they beat Plymouth Argyle to reach the second round of the FA Cup in 2011.

AFC Telford wished him well as its official Twitter account posted: "Everyone at the football club would like to wish @psmccone1 all the best in the future as he joins @StourbridgeFC. Good Luck Macca."
