AFC Telford United have not been able to string together a run of wins in National League North – and their lack of experience plays into that.

Telford are on a patchy run in National League North

Having managed in non-league, it is all about getting the blend right and the Bucks have a lot of youngsters at the moment.

Of course, there has been a lot of change at the club recently and they will still be gelling, getting to know each other.

With how they are going, they should end up in the middle of the pack.

I think that is a realistic target, to consolidate, build up these young players and look to the future.

But in terms of the here and now, Rob Edwards may come across one or two experienced heads and get them in as they do need more consistency

Telford go to Stafford Rangers in the FA Cup on Saturday and it is a local derby, really.

Maybe being away from home suits them better and I think they will pick up the win there. Both teams will be really up for it.
