Tuesday night’s FA Cup replay success against Stafford Rangers was a great result for AFC Telford, it’ll really lift the fans.
They got something to shout about. When the form in the league isn’t brilliant then there’s nothing like a good Cup run, for both players and managers.
Telford, 16th in the National League North, welcome 18th-placed Boston on Saturday. It might be the right time for the Bucks to catch them, they’ve been lacklustre so far.
The visitors are yet to win away.
Bucks hitman Marcus Dinanga grabbed his eighth goal of the season this week while Anthony Dwyer and Jordan Murphy also netted.
Telford’s forward are getting goals. It seems to be that with the modern game everybody concentrates more on going forward, but you’ve got to be able to shut up shop too.
I’m sure boss Rob Edwards is pragmatic and know where he needs to strengthen his side.
