Ian Dosser named AFC Telford managing director
Former chairman Ian Dosser has agreed to take on a new role of managing director at AFC Telford.
Dosser stepped down from his position at the end of June, just after Rob Smith's departure as boss.
But he has remained as a legal director throughout. All director positions continue to be on a part-time voluntary basis.
The board of directors now comprises Andy Pryce, Win Pryce, Ian Dosser and fan liaison director Luke Fearnall, with Ian Tyrer as company secretary.
Interim chairman Andy Pryce said: "I am delighted that Ian has decided to take his new role as managing director of the football club.
"The board respected Ian's decision to step down as chairman back in June, but Ian has continued in his professional way to help the club.
"During this period myself, Win, Luke and Ian Tyrer have all been willing Ian to stay at the football club in some capacity.
"After lengthy conversations, it was agreed that Ian would take this new role as managing director and work closely with the full-time members of staff, with the day to day running of the club."
