AFC Telford calling for supporters to help clear snow
AFC Telford are calling for supporters to bring their shovels and spades to help prepare the New Bucks Head for tomorrow's visit of York City.
The Bucks do battle with last season's relegated National League outfit at 3pm tomorrow but severe weather conditions, with more snow forecast on the way, means extra hands are required to ensure the ground and surrounding areas are suitable.
Any volunteers willing to help should arrive at New Bucks Head at 8am to help remove snow and frost sheets from the pitch's surface.
While help is also needed clearing and gritting pavement areas around the entry roads and car parks.
