The 22-year-old came away from the event with supporters’ player of the year, the man of the match award – collated from home man of the match winners – and the vice president’s award.

Marcus Dinanga was again at the double, after netting a brace in the Bucks’ 3-2 victory over Gainsborough Trinity a few hours prior on Saturday.

He was named club player of the year – voted by the management team, and presented by boss Rob Edwards – as well taking the top scorer trophy.

The other players to win awards were defender Ross White, picking up players’ player of the season, and skipper Shane Sutton, who got the away travel player of the year.

The Bucks’ ladies side received the special recognition award after winning Division One of the Birmingham County Women’s League.

The youth award went to the under-18s team and volunteer Richard Worton got one for unsung hero.

Also among proceedings at the New Bucks Head was the unveiling of Telford’s away shirt for next season, a blue and black design supplied by Fortis Sports and Hummel.
