The 25-year-old returned to New Bucks Head in June for his second spell but after failing to hold down a first team spot he will now leave the club.

Martinez has struggled to find game time in Shropshire since picking up an injury in Telford's 2-1 win over Brackley in August and has faced fierce competition for the number one shirt with fellow shot-stoppers Max Bramley and Andy Wycherley ahead of him in the pecking order.

On their official website the club have said:

"Sheridan has found his game time limited and the club felt it would be in the best interest of both parities to allow Martinez the opportunity to play some regular football away from the club.

"He has maintained an excellent professional attitude throughout his time with the club and we would like to wish him all the best in the future."
