The 22-year-old striker scored in Saturday’s 4-0 win at Southport, doing so for the first time since returning to the club earlier this month.

He was prolific on loan from Burton Albion last season, scoring 25 goals, but the Bucks signed him on a permanent basis following a goalless stint on loan at Hartlepool.

“We’ve been saying that with the FA Trophy run we’ve had, it’s been a bit stop-start for him, being cup-tied,” said Cowan.

“But it was brilliant for him to come in on Saturday, get some minutes under his belt and get that goal. It’s huge.

“It’s great. The hard work has come to fruition, so we’re pleased.”

Dinanga’s close-range finish came in his third appearance after coming back to Telford in a deal which Burton inserted a sell-on clause.

Meanwhile, National League North will be sponsored by Motorama – not Vanarama – from next season.
