AFC Telford 1 Biggleswade Town 1 - Report
After a largely disappointing showing, the Bucks snatched a late leveller to pick up a point against bottom side Biggleswade Town.
The Bucks, up against rock-bottom Biggleswade Town, fell behind to a 17th-minute header from Daniel Izekor – an advantage the visitors still held at half-time.
Telford went closest when Sam Whittall’s own header struck the bar and was scrambled off the line not long after.
But as the Bucks’ threat seemed to be fading away, they conjured a goal out of nothing to level things up in the 87th minute. And it was simple stuff: a long ball over the top found Matty Stenson in the clear, and the Bucks’ top scorer slotted home to make it 1-1.
