Shrewsbury Town Ladies ready for cup final
Shrewsbury Town Ladies are raring to go as they prepare for their Shropshire FA Women’s Cup final against The New Saints.
The Greenhous Meadow showpiece, which kicks-off at 7pm, sees Sean Evans’ West Midlands League Division One North side tackle the Oswestry outfit for a shot at silverware.
“Everybody’s buzzing for it, we’ve just got to work hard and hope for the result on the night,” Evans said.
“It’s come at a great time to have key players back from injury. I’d rather have selection headaches.”
Town end their league season with a trip to Leek Town on Sunday at Harrison Park in Staffordshire.
