The Australian born coach enjoyed European success in his first season at the Saints and won a domestic double

The 40-year-old Australian born coach, who has previously managed Woking and had spells as assistant and interim manager at Grimsby Town, spent 16 months in charge of the Oswestry-based Cymru Premier side.

Limbrick, who has also worked at West Ham and Southampton as a youth coach, as well as with England Under-17s, helped TNS to the Europa Conference League third qualifying round, before winning a domestic double. He has been out of work since he was dismissed by the club in August 2022.

The Shropshire Star understands the club are looking to appoint a head coach to replace Steve Cotterill, who departed on Tuesday, rather than a first-team manager.
