Lift off: Wolves launch new 2017/18 kit in style
Wolves have revealed their home kit for the 2017/18 campaign by launching a replica shirt to the edge of space.
The stunt, which took place last week, saw a shirt tied to a high-altitude balloon and sent into the stratosphere.
Wolves claim the shirt reached an altitude of 36,700 metres – more than 20 miles above the earth’s surface.
Back on terra firma, the new kit will go on sale both online and at the Molineux Megastore on Saturday at 9am. The first 100 fans to buy the shirt from our Molineux Megastore will receive a free Wolves gift box.
Once again designed by Puma, the new Wolves shirt is made from a lightweight polyester fabric using the latest moisture wicking technology.
It features a stylised ribbed collar and single button plaque. The Puma ascension stripe graphic is featured down the raglan sleeve, and the shirt also has an underarm mesh panel, and drop hem.
The official club woven badge and print embellished Puma cat logo complete this new official Wolves 2017-18 home shirt.

The 2017-18 home kit socks have a plain kit leg, with ankle support and feature a ribbed contrast black turn over. The word Wolves and the Puma cat logo have been incorporated into the design.
In a first for Wolves this year, the club welcomed captain Anna Perks and defender Claire Hakeman from the newly promoted Wolves Women team to be included in the promotional photographs for the new kit.
Wolves Women clinched the FA Women’s Premier League Midlands Division One title thanks to a great finish to the season including a 1-0 victory over Leicester City Ladies on the final day.
Wolves will reveal their goalkeeper and away kits next month.
