Wolves team mates laud 'unique' Adama Traore
Adama Traore's team mates have hailed his 'unique' talent as Wolves' match-winner pledged to get even better.
The £18million record signing came off the bench to earn Wolves a dramatic first win of the Premier League season at West Ham with a 93rd minute winner.
Traore has made a big impact despite only joining a month ago.
Matt Doherty declared of the Spaniard: "He's unique. You just can't stop him.
"You see how many people are trying to take him down, he either gets away or gets fouled.
"He's one of a kind, we haven't seen anything like him before. It's scary.
"It certainly helps when you've got a player coming off the bench who can run the whole length of the pitch before anybody even gets halfway."
Traore still hasn't started a league game for Wolves and captain Conor Coady is impressed with the options up front for boss Nuno Espirito Santo.
"I wouldn't want him running at me, believe me," Coady said.
"He's so quick but it's his decision-making as well, he's got total confidence in his own ability which I think is special as well.
"He's a real asset to this football club.
"The options we've got going forward at the minute are fantastic, you see Jota and Costa doing what they do and then Traore off the bench, it's pleasing to see."
Ryan Bennett added: "The time's he's come on before and the game in midweek, everyone's sees the quality and the pace.
"When he played against us for Middlesbrough he was an absolute nightmare, so you know how the other team feel.
"When he gets in his stride that isn't anyone who's going to catch him."
As for the man himself, Traore said he'll keep his head down and keep on working.
"I'm so happy, not only for the goal but the performance of the team," he said,
"We're working so hard, I'm happy for the first win and I want to keep going.
"I work every day to be the best I can. To score was the first thing in my mind.
"It's important for the forwards to score, this I work every day for.
"Everyone is so happy, now we have the break and we'll work for the next game.
"I've been working with Nuno. They tell me I need to adapt to how the team play and show my quality."
