Moutinho's superb strike earned Nuno Espirito Santo's team a deserved point at Old Trafford.

Wolves created several opportunities in an open and entertaining clash as they once again suggested they can make a big impact in the Premier League this season.

And Moutinho said they'd be continuing with the same bold approach.

"We play our football," he said. "We played against a big team in a big stadium but we deserved it," he said.

"We know what the coach wants. We need to continue to work like that every week – play our football and do our best.

"We work all week in training to control the match, with or without the ball.

"We try to do in the game what we train all week for and we've been doing it. Sometimes we can't win but we need to continue with the way we play."

Neves and Moutinho have impressed as a midfield duo, with the Portuguese pair earning plaudits from pundits up and down the land.

The younger half of the pair said he was learning a lot from multi-title-winning Moutinho.

"It's very good to play with Joao, he's a very experienced player, very smart, very intelligent and it's easy to play with him," Neves said.

"I want to learn with him because he's a great player. I've learned a lot, he's played in the Champions League and won the European Championship."

Neves quaffed at the suggestion that Moutinho might learn something from him too.

"I don't think so!" he laughed. "He's a very good player and we can learn every day. Like a team we're learning with each other, it's very good for us to have a player like Joao."

As for Wolves' impressive start to the season, Neves added: "We want to do this every game and play every game like it's the last of our lives.

"We did a very good game, we've improved week by week.

"We had to defend a little bit more, of course against Manchester United, a big team, but we were comfortable in defence.

"We have belief. Since we started last year we made something difficult to play against.

"We think game by game. We'll stay focused on the next game.

"We're working well, we'll keep it like that."
