Steve Bull: Wolves have had a shot in the arm from Doc - now more needed
It’s nice to see some Wolves signings finally coming in.
I was getting a bit worried to be honest, like everyone else, hoping that the squad isn’t left with the bare bones.
The deals are starting to come through and Wolves are starting to go in the right direction. The more the merrier!
Matt Doherty’s signing is done and, for me, it’s spot on. He played well for the club when he was here, an outstanding player, and he chipped in with loads of goals.
With the amount of goals Wolves scored last season, his addition will be very welcome if he can chip in with five or six more over the season.
The club has also been in talks to sign Aaron Cresswell and I suppose we’ll have to wait and see because there will be lots of names floating around in the next few weeks.
What we definitely need is at least a couple more players coming in a week or two before the season starts.
