The event, which was part of the European Challenge Tour, was reduced to 36 holes due to numerous lengthy delays caused by fog.
Farr's five-over-par first round score of 77 saw him finished tied 116th, missing out on a place in the final round.
The event was marred by tragedy when Alastair Forysth's caddie Iain McGregor died after suffering a heart attack on the course on the final day of play yesterday.
England's Daniel Brooks won the tournament.
