Shropshire Ladies aim to bounce back
Shropshire's Ladies golf team were today desperate to avoid a hat-trick of defeats when they faced hosts Leicestershire during Midlands North County Week.

After a .5-1.5 defeat at the hands of Nottinghamshire on the opening day, Shropshire were nudged out by defending champions Lincolnshire. They were 2-1 down after the morning foursomes at the Leicestershire Golf Club yesterday, Lisa Warrilow and Caleigh Smith winning 3-2.
Shropshire then drew the afternoon singles 3-3 with victories for Katrina Gillum, Harriet Allesbrook and Isobel Green.
They will now look to bounce back against the home side today. County week, which also features Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, runs until Saturday.
