Ashley Chesters in the top ten
Ashley Chesters shot a final-day 66 to secure himself his third biggest payday of the year after finishing tied for ninth in the Made In Denmark tournament.
The Hawkstone Park golfer climbed the leaderboard on the last day with a flawless round that included six birdies to finish within four shots of winner Matt Wallace.
He was below par the whole tournament, having also posted rounds of 69, 70 and 68.
And that landed Chesters a cheque for just over £30,000.
Former Ludlow ace Oliver Farr also took home a cheque – for £7,000 – having finished in a tie for 45th. After an opening 75, he posted below-par rounds of 67, 71 and 68.
