After claiming home and away Spring Cup victories over the Raiders last week, the Tigers repeated the feat by defeating Bracknell Bees twice in the space of 24 hours.

The Bees were sent packing at Telford Ice Rink on Saturday as the hosts ran out 5-1 winners thanks to goals from Cole Shudra, Ricky Plant, Scott McKenzie, Jason Silverthorn and Sam Jones, but last night’s return fixture in Slough was a much tighter affair.

The opening period featured two late goals with Tigers opening the scoring through Scott McKenzie only to be pegged back by a strike from Vanya Antonov.

Austin Mitchell-King found the net for Tigers in the second period to give them a deserved lead.

And the visitors then stood firm to see out the victory and make it four wins from four outings.

Tigers continue their cup campaign next weekend with home and away clashes against Swindon Wildcats.
