After hosting the first three phases of the Youth event last month, the championships again returns to Donnington Sports & Social Club.

Similarly, fighters over two years will be compressed into one weight class in the Junior line-up for the first time, with entrants from 1999 and 2000 treated equally.

Females feature on the same bill as their male counterparts if matched, too, with their various championships to run concurrently from 2015.

Home club Donnington are entering three of their members with Ryan Tyrer, Mohammed Nasser and John Price all preparing for action.

Nasser is big and tall at 38kg, while Tyrer will boil down to 48kg. Price reached the West Midlands final in last year's Junior tournament.

He has grown in more ways than one since, hence the jump from 40kg to 50kg this year, and will be looking to go one better at the higher weight.

There could be two days of events at Donnington, too, should box-offs be required in categories where there are more than two events. Those sitting out Saturday will report back on Sunday.

Doors to the venue on Turreff Avenue open at 10am, where fighters will be weighing in until 12pm, with spectators invited from 12.30pm before the first bouts start at 1pm.

Entry is £10 for adults and £5 for children and concessions, with everyone paying on the door. The schedule and price is the same on both days.
